This question will stump all Runescape Players. We are going to find out the answer and reveal it to the world once and for all!
We are about to explore the "hidden" side of Jagex in this mind-intriguing article. The sources and evidence you are about to see may or may not be fictional and it entirely depends on whether you would like to believe it or not.
Jagex, the makers of the World Popular Runescape, as you might know, are a well established company that has won numerous awards in the UK. But don't be fooled. Under all these achievements and awards, there is an evil truth.
We are going to present to you the evidences of Satanism, or Illuminatism in Jagex. We are going deep inside the hidden doors to find out the ultimate truth!
1. Location: Barrows
When you're in "software"graphics mode, and you go to the north-east room with the rocks in it, turn your camera north-east and look at the flooring towards the north-east corner of the room. You will see a sign depicting that of Illuminatism. Perhaps it is symbolic, but that's to add effect to the game and to make the barrows seem more realistic.
2. The Prayer Interface: Full of Illuminati Symbols!
The Ancient Staff and it's Symbol :
Ancient means Pagan.
4. The similarity of the Maps in Runescape and the US, Jekyll Island
See the similarity? If not, see the picture below...
5. The Eye of the Illuminati in RUNESCAPE!
This is "The All Seeing Eye" (They Eye outside Gypsy Arie's Tent in Varock Square.)
Notice that THIS IS NOT A STATUE, when you walk by the EYE KEEPS OBSERVING PEOPLE
Notice how these monsters are looking down?
This is the photo booth in Draynor; .... Again, this could be "The All Seeing Eye"
These could be just pure coincidence but who knows?
Masonic Symbol in Court Cases Minigame:
Did you see it? Well the symbol is below:
So we have come to the end of this mind-boggling article. You maybe believe or not this content. But, the truth may come out sooner or later...
Adios!

Very amusing post.
Personally, I highly doubt Runescape tried to make all these references on purpose. You must understand that many of Runescape's ideas are based off real-life symbolism.
What I mean is, you wouldn't have a random shape to identify a religion right? Many people know what the Pagan Cross represents, and an adaptation from it would make sense. This goes for all the other symbols out there.
A plenty of the graphics are likely just coincidental as well. For example, we've always seen eye monsters before, and just because the Illuminati is known for their "all-seeing eye" it hardly means Runescape is tied to it.
Funny enough, I was reading Angels and Demons when this was posted.
But despite everything, nice post. And good job on finding so many references.
In the prayer interface, the all seeing eye is just left of the triangle. Isn't that an indication of something sinister behind their meaning? I mean, how did Jagex come up with the stance that the magic prayer boost should be represented by a triangle and the range boost prayer by an eye both of which is highly significant in the illuminati. Just sayin...
In fact, there are more symbols of Illuminati in Runescape. Just activate your wicked hood and you will see a very distinctive illuminati symbol right before your eyes. From Dr Vevo =)
@Terrance
Aawesome man, glad that you found it amusing. That was the main scope of writing really; making it funny and a nice read, the rest is a little less important. I'm glad that you caught that humor, as many people out there trashed the article and being blind to the humor effect. Dr. Vevo who did 95% of the work, including the prayer graph and maps, deserves some big recognition for this!
@Anonymous
Very good point buddy. This is very interesting, i never observed that the All-Seeing Eye is right next to the triangle on the prayer interface. You bring up a good point.
@Dr.Vevo
Thanks for stopping by. I'll go check that interface, will be right back!
Aha, posting on something months old but w/e.
What caught my eye the most is the karamja/Jekyll island similarity. Because I live maybe, 5 minutes away from Jekyll, and go there a lot.
When you log-in to runescape on their homepage, they promt you to confirm your login. At this point you should see an eye with it's eyebrow raised right beside the word LOGIN. Theres not a chance that its coincidental and you have to wonder why they would put it there.........
Lol so what brought me here was just the fact that I teled to seers village and on one of the posts there's the pyramid with the eye in it, yea it completly freaked me out so I decided to do some research. this was great! there was a lot I didn't notice haha.
Yeah Jagex hides a lot in their game!
Conspiracy theorists would go nuts (or nuttier) if they knew Gielinor is an anagram for Religion.
